By participating in yoga sessions with Eyecatcher, LLC and instructor September Jones, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement, which may carry risks of injury. You agree to listen to your body, follow safety instructions, and consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Eyecatcher, LLC, September Jones, and associated parties from any claims related to injuries, medical conditions, or damages arising from participation. Your participation confirms your understanding and acceptance of this waiver.
